On-Air Host and KCME Music Librarian
Robert Bruce Robert Bruce was born and raised in New Jersey – but please don't hold that against him! He received a music degree from CU, Boulder and later obtained a Masters in Library Studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, all the while appearing in various productions of plays, musicals, and Gilbert and Sullivan operas. A life-long passionate enthusiast of classical music and opera, Robert is also a lover of classic movies (as well as the not-so-classic) and a reader of fantasy and horror literature.
In early 2010, Robert left New York City, where he had worked at The Juilliard School library for some years, to come to Colorado Springs to pursue a long dreamed-of career in Classical Radio. He is now extremely happy to serving as the Librarian at KCME, as well as sharing great music with KCME listeners on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
